Return & Refund Policy

Return Time Frame

You have 30 days from the purchase date to return an item. If 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Return Conditions

Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued under these circumstances:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.
  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank; there may be a processing delay before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@klumoni.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at support@klumoni.com.

Returning Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

For instructions on how to return your item, please contact us at support@klumoni.com. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed after 30 days.

Free Shipping

While we provide free shipping, the cost of return shipping is non-refundable. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
